Clutch Fluid Replacement

CAUTION:
- Be careful not to spill clutch fluid on a painted surface. If this should happen, wash it off immediately.
NOTE:
- Do not mix different brands of clutch fluid.
- Do not reuse the clutch fluid that was drained out.
- Remove the under cover.
- Draw the fluid from the reservoir with a suction pump.
- Remove the bleeder cap from the clutch release cylinder and attach a vinyl hose to the bleeder plug.
- Place the other end of the vinyl hose into a container.
- Slowly pump the clutch pedal several times.
- With the clutch pedal depressed, loosen the bleeder screw using the SST to let fluid escape.
- Tighten the bleeder screw using the SST to stop the fluid.
- Repeat Steps 4 and 5 until only clean fluid is seen.
- Tighten the bleeder plug.
- Tightening torque 5.9-8.8 N.m {61-89 kgf.cm, 53-77 in.lbf}
- Add fluid to the MAX mark.
- Install the under cover.
- Verify the correct clutch operation.
