Detection Condition

PCM monitors EVAP system leak detection pump load current while EVAP leak monitor is operating. DTC is set, when PCM determines pump load current is less than specified. This is an intermittent monitor. MIL is illuminated if PCM detects malfunction in 2 consecutive drive cycles.
