NOTE: References to gearshift lever positions "2" and "1" in the following tests are obtained in manual mode on vehicles equipped with sport shift.

NOTE: Before testing transaxle, ensure fluid level is correct and shift linkage, transaxle range switch and idle speed are adjusted correctly.
