Transaxle Range Switch
- Check for starter operation with ignition switch in START position and gearshift lever in "P" and "N" position only. Ensure back-up lights illuminate with ignition in ON position and gearshift lever in "R" position. If any problems are found, go to next step.
- Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove fresh air duct and air cleaner assembly. Disconnect transaxle range switch connector(s) and check for continuity between specified terminals. See Fig 1. If continuity is not as specified, replace switch. See appropriate SERVICING article.
