Oil Cooler Removal/Installation: Notes

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the ATF. See DRAINING & REFILLING .
3. Remove in the order indicated in the table.
4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
5. Add ATF to the specified level. See DRAINING & REFILLING .
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
7. Inspect for oil leakage from the oil pipes and oil hoses.
8. Inspect the ATF level and condition. See CHECKING FLUID LEVEL & CONDITION .
9. Carry out the mechanical system test. See MECHANICAL SYSTEM TEST .
10. Carry out the road test. See ROAD TEST .
