Oil Cooler Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Drain the engine coolant. See ENGINE COOLANT REPLACEMENT .
  3. Remove the intake manifold bracket.
  4. Remove the oil filter. See OIL FILTER REPLACEMENT  .
  5. Remove in the order indicated in the table.

  6. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  7. Inspect the engine oil level. See ENGINE OIL LEVEL INSPECTION  .
  8. Start the engine and inspect for engine oil leakage.
