DTC 11: Engine Speed Input Signal

Start engine. If LCD indication is ON, engine speed input signal to instrument cluster is okay. If LCD indication is OFF, check PCM and wiring harness between PCM and instrument cluster. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Repair or replace as necessary. Retest system.
