Front Bumper Removal/Installation
NOTE:
The front bumper is unique for the 1999 model year and must not be substituted with bumpers from prior model years.
- If equipped, remove the six tow hook bolts (1) and tow hooks (2).
- If equipped, disconnect the fog lamp electrical connectors.
- If equipped, disconnect the engine block heater plug and position aside.
- Remove the front bumper bracket to frame nuts (1)
- Remove the bumper (2).
- Install in reverse order of removal.
- Tightening Torque
- 60-80 N.m {6.1-8.2 Kgf.m, 44-59 ft.lbf}
