Oil Pump Installation Note

Apply clean engine oil to a new oil seal.
Install the oil seal into the oil pump body by hand.
Press the oil seal into the oil pump body using the SST:

Apply silicone sealant to the oil pump as shown.
Thickness

1.0-2.0 mm {0.04-0.07 in}

Apply clean engine oil to the new O-ring and install it into the oil pump body. (KL)
Install the oil pump bolt as shown. (KL)
Bolt length

A: 40 mm {1.6 in}

B: 25 mm {1.0 in}
