Orifice Tube Removal/Installation

  1. Drain the refrigerant from the system.
  2. Remove cooler pipe No.5. (See 07-11-19 REFRIGERANT LINES REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
  3. Remove the orifice tube carefully to prevent it from breaking.
  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
  5. Recharge with refrigerant. (See REFRIGERANT CHARGING  .) (See REFRIGERANT RECOVERY  .)
  6. Perform the refrigerant system performance test. (See REFRIGERANT SYSTEM PERFORMANCE TEST  .)
