Floor Covering Removal/Installation
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the front seat. See FRONT SEAT

- Remove the rear seat cushion.
- Remove the dashboard. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
- Remove the B-pillar lower trim. See B-PILLAR LOWER TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

- Remove the selector cable and the interlock cable if equipped with ATX. See SHIFT MECHANISM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

- Remove the SAS control module bracket.
- Remove the set plate. See STEERING WHEEL AND COLUMN REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

- Remove the audio amplifier.
- Remove the fasteners.
- Disengage the side hooks to remove the floor covering.

- Install in the reverse order of removal.
