SAS Control Module: Removal

- Before proceeding, follow air bag service precautions. See AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS . Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
- SAS control module is located under center of instrument panel. Remove instrument panel center lower side walls. Disconnect unit connector and remove retaining bolts. See Figure. Remove SAS control module.
