DTC P0058: Left Rear Ho2S Heater Circuit High: Condition

PCM monitors control signal at terminal No. 96. If PCM turns on left rear HO2S heater (grounds circuit) and voltage remains high, DTC is set. Causes may include the following:

• Faulty left rear HO2S.
• Short to power in Green/Orange wire between left rear HO2S harness connector and PCM harness connector.
• Shorted connection(s) at left rear HO2S or PCM terminal.
• PCM malfunction.
