Removal Note

Remove the right-hand driveaxle shaft. See FRONT DRIVE AXLE SHAFT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .
Remove the right-hand axle shaft.

Use Impact Slide Hammer ST 49-0223-630B and Converter Seal Remover 307-309 (T94P-77001-BH) or equivalent to remove the axle seal.

Use Axle Bearing Remover ST 49 UN01 032 , Impact Slide Hammer ST 49-0223-630B and Adapter ST 49 UN11 011 to remove the axle tube bearing.

Clean the bearing and seal surfaces of any foreign debris.
