DTC P1631: Generator Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set PCM detects generator output voltage less than 8.5 volts after PCM demands increased output greater than 20 amps. Possible causes are:

• Generator malfunction.
• Open or short circuit.
• Drive belt loose or missing.
• PCM malfunction.
