DTC P1631: Generator Output Malfunction: Condition

DTC is set when PCM detects generator output voltage less than 8.5 volts for 5 seconds with engine running. Possible causes are:

• Generator malfunction.
• Open or short circuit between generator and PCM.
• PCM malfunction.
