DTC P0446: Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Performance Malfunction: Condition

PCM detects not enough fuel tank pressure difference when monitoring evaporative system or when CDCV valve is closed. Possible causes are:

• Fuel tank pressure sensor malfunction.
• Purge solenoid valve malfunction.
• CDCV malfunction.
• Poor connection at CDCV, fuel tank pressure sensor or PCM.
• Short in wiring.
• Charcoal canister malfunction.
