Front Tilt Motor Installation Note

  1. Rotate the shaft by hand and insert it approx. 5 mm  into the guide.
  2. Connect battery positive voltage to front seat connector terminal G and connect terminal F to ground.

  3. Operate the power seat switch in the tilt-down direction so that the front tilt motor rotates and the shaft is inserted into the guide.
CAUTION:
  • If the lift nut is not in the correct position, it may strip the shaft screw, thereby causing the unit to not operate properly. Verify the lift nut position while inserting the shaft.

NOTE:
  • Operate the motor until the notch for installing the U-ring is visible out of the guide.
