Lower Panel Removal/Installation

Remove the hood release lever. (See HOOD RELEASE LEVER REMOVAL NOTE .)
Remove the screws.
Pull the lower panel outward, disengage clips A and tabs B from the dashboard, and remove the lower panel.

Install in the reverse order of removal.
