DTC P0455: EVAP System Malfunction, Block Or Large Leak Detected: Condition

DTC is set when PCM detects excessive difference in fuel tank pressure measured immediately after purge control is stopped with Canister Drain Cut Valve (CDCV) closed. Possible causes are:

• Purge solenoid malfunction.
• CDCV malfunction.
• Tank Pressure Control Valve (TPCV) malfunction.
• Loose or missing fuel filler cap.
• Charcoal canister malfunction.
• Catch tank malfunction.
• Rollover valve malfunction.
• Cracked fuel tank.
• Clogs or leakage in system hoses.
• Fuel level sensor malfunction.
• Fuel tank pressure sensor malfunction.
