DTC P0461: Fuel Level Sensor Circuit Performance: Condition

DTC is set when fuel level sensor signal does not match calculated fuel consumption level for PCM. Possible causes are:

• Fuel gauge sender malfunction.
• Open or short circuit between terminal "A" on fuel pump unit and terminal No. 63 on Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
• Open circuit between ground and terminal "C" on fuel pump unit.
