No Communication With The Module - Gem/CTM

NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE MODULE - GEM/CTM

STEP	INSPECTION		ACTION
1	CHECK (T/B) WIRE FOR VOLTAGE Measure the voltage between pin 2 (T/B) of I/P fuse panel fuse 25 (7.5A) and ground. Is voltage greater than 10 volts?	Yes	Go to step 2.
		No	Repair (T/B). Clear the DTCs. Perform the Self-Test Diagnostics. See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TESTS .
2	CHECK THE VOLTAGE TO THE GEM/CTM-(W/Y) WIRE Key OFF. Disconnect 18-pin GEM/CTM connector T-224. Measure the voltage between pin 11 (W/Y) of GEM/CTM connector T-224 and ground. Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?	Yes	Go to step 3.
		No	Repair (W/Y) wire. Clear the DTCs. Perform the Self-Test Diagnostics. See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TESTS .
3	CHECK (B/W) WIRE FOR OPEN Measure the resistance between pin 14 (B/W) of GEM/CTM connector T-221 and ground; and between pin 26 (B/W) of GEM/CTM connector T-221 and ground. Are the resistances less than 5 ohms?	Yes	Replace the GEM/CTM.
		No	Repair (B/W) wire. Clear the DTCs. Perform the Self-Test Diagnostics. See ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC TESTS .
