2000 Models

Remove blower motor relay, located in relay panel, behind right headlight. Continuity should not exist between Black/Light Green wire terminal (fuse side) and Pink/White wire terminal. Connect battery voltage to Black/Light Green wire terminal and ground Red/Orange wire terminal. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Continuity should exist between Black/Light Green wire terminal (fuse side) and Pink/White wire terminal. If continuity is not as specified, replace relay.
