Temperature Gauge
NOTE:
After changing checker resistance value, allow one minute for needle to stabilize.
- Remove instrument cluster. Connect battery positive voltage to terminal 2G (Black/Yellow wire) terminal of instrument cluster and ground terminal 2I (Brown/Red wire). SeeFig 1
. Connect Red wire of Checker (49-0839-285) to terminal 2E (Green wire) of instrument cluster. Connect checker Black wire to ground.
- Set checker to specified resistance value. See TEMPERATURE GAUGE RESISTANCE
. If temperature gauge needle does not rests at specified position for each resistance value setting, replace temperature gauge.
