Fresh/Recirculated Air Mode Inoperative

Test fresh/recirculated air actuator. See ACTUATORS. If actuator is okay, disconnect heater control panel connector and fresh/recirculated air actuator connector. Check continuity of wiring harness between control panel connector and fresh/recirculated air actuator connector. See FRESH/RECIRCULATED AIR ACTUATOR WIRING HARNESS TEST table. If continuity is as specified, replace heater control panel. If continuity is not as specified, repair appropriate open wire between connectors.
