DTC P1170 - Front Oxygen Sensor, Activity Not Detected: Condition

DTC is set when front heated oxygen sensor signal voltage exceeds .45 volts and remains unchanged after engine is started and has reached normal operating temperature and engine speed at 1500 RPM or greater. Possible causes are:

• Low fuel level.
• Front heated oxygen sensor.
• Open or short circuit between terminal 3C on Engine Control Module (ECM) and terminal "A" (White wire) on oxygen sensor.
• Intake air system, fuel system and/or ignition system malfunction.
