TCS Warning Light Flashes During Driving

NOTE: Using spare tire mounted in front of vehicle could cause TCS warning light to flash while driving vehicle. Also, under-inflated tires or incorrect tire size can cause light to flash.
  1. Check tire size and air pressure. Correct as necessary. If air pressure and tire size are okay, go to next step.
  2. Check for a short to ground in wiring harness between ABS/TCS control module and TCS warning light. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Repair wiring harness as necessary. If wiring harness is okay, check wheel speed sensor-to-rotor clearance. See WHEEL SPEED SENSORS  under COMPONENT TESTING. Repair as necessary.
