Front Wiper Motor Low Speed

NOTE: Refer toFigure when conducting the following tests.

Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect wiper motor connector. Connect battery voltage to wiper motor terminal "C". Connect ground to wiper motor housing. Motor should run at low speed.
