Front Wiper Motor High Speed

NOTE: Refer toFig 1 when conducting the following tests.

Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect wiper motor connector. Connect battery voltage to wiper motor terminal "A". Connect ground to wiper motor housing. Motor should run at high speed.
