Erasing DTC

NOTE: DTCs cannot be erased if intervals between depressing brake pedal exceed one second and/or stoplight bulb or switch is faulty.

Using a jumper wire, connect terminals TBS and GND of Data Link Connector (DLC). See Figure . Turn ignition on. ABS warning light will flash all stored DTCs. After verifying that the first DTC is repeated, depress brake pedal 10 times at intervals of less than one-second. After DTCs are canceled, ABS control unit will perform self-diagnosis.
