Passenger Door

  1. Remove door trim panel. Remove door key cylinder switch. Check continuity between terminals "A" and "B" of door key cylinder switch 3-pin connector. SeeFig 1 . With door key cylinder switch held in unlocked position, continuity should exist. With door key cylinder switch held in locked position, continuity should exist.
  2. If continuity is as specified, check resistance of door key cylinder switch with switch in locked position. If resistance is not 950-1050 ohms, replace door key cylinder switch.
