Press horn pad. If horn does not sound, repair horn circuit. If horn sounds, measure voltage at terminal 2A (Green/Orange wire) of CPU 20-pin connector. SeeFigure . If battery voltage is not present, repair wiring between horn relay and CPU. If battery voltage is present, replace CPU.
