Diagnostic Aids
Perform this test if Code 19/513 is present during QUICK TEST. Code 19/513 indicates ECA voltage regulator is not able to maintain proper internal voltage that is necessary for ECA to accurately compute data. This test is only intended to diagnose:
- ECA.
- EEC power relay.
- Harness circuits for GND, VPWR and IGNITION.
CAUTION:
Before disconnecting ECA connector, turn ignition off and wait at least 10 seconds.

5) Code 19/513: Internal Voltage - Rerun KOEO SELF-TEST. Replace ECA if Code 19, 513, 510, 511 or 111 is present. Rerun QUICK TEST . If none of these codes are present, re-initialization check testing is complete. Service other codes as necessary.
