Removal & Installation (RX7 Non-Turbo)

  1. Relieve fuel pressure. Drain coolant from radiator. Remove throttle body air intake tube. Remove accelerator and cruise control cables. Remove and disconnect all necessary electrical connectors, coolant hoses and vacuum tubes.
  2. Remove air hoses. Remove throttle body, water thermovalve and dynamic chamber. To install, reverse removal procedure. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table.
