Removal & Installation (B2600i)
- Relieve fuel pressure. Disconnect negative battery cable. Disconnect air and ventilation hoses. Remove air pipe and resonance chamber. Disconnect accelerator cable. Disconnect water hoses.
- Disconnect electrical connectors from ISC solenoid valve, throttle position sensor and idle switch. Remove throttle body. To install, reverse removal procedure. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table.
NOTE:
The No. 2 throttle valve is preset at the factory to begin opening after the No. 1 throttle valve has opened approximately 25 degrees.
