Pre-Arming Phase

Phase when key is removed from steering lock, and a door or rear hatch is open. Security light flashes at this time. When hood, rear hatch and one door are closed and locked a high pitched sound is emitted when remaining open door is manually locked by using lock button. This sound indicates system will change to arming condition when that door is closed. The conditions are the following:

• Key Reminder Switch OFF
• Ignition Switch OFF
• At lease one of the following is ON (Door Switch, Hood Switch. Rear Hatch Switch)
