Air Supply Valve (Turbo)

  1. Warm engine to normal operating temperature and let idle. Disconnect air hose connecting intercooler to dynamic chamber at the intercooler. Place finger over port opening, checking that air is not sucked into port.
  2. Turn steering wheel either direction, checking that air is sucked into port. Disconnect air supply valve connector. Using an ohmmeter, check the resistance of air supply valve. See Fig 1 . Resistance should be between 16.2-19.8 ohms. If not, replace air supply valve.
CAUTION: DO NOT tamper with the adjusting screw on the air supply valve.
