Valve Guide Servicing: Installation

Install clip on valve guide. Use a valve guide installer to drive guide into head from side opposite combustion chamber. Ensure that clip contacts cylinder head. Measure valve guide installed height from valve spring seat to end of guide. Valve guide installed height must be .75-.77" (19.1-19.6 mm).
