Choke Valve

  1. With fast idle cam adjusted correctly, place the fast idle cam on second step and close the choke valve by finger. Measure clearance between choke valve and the wall of air horn.
  2. Clearance should be .035-.051" (.88-1.28 mm). Adjust clearance by bending tang on fast idle cam. If large adjustment is required, choke rod should be bent.
