Cam Lift

Perform steps 1) and 2) under INJECTION PUMP TIMING  and then step 3) up to the point where dial indicator is set to zero. Turn crankshaft clockwise and read maximum value on dial indicator. Cam lift should be .08" (2.2 mm). If less, cam disc or roller assembly is bad.
