Carburetor - HITACHI 2-Bbl: Overhaul: Reassembly

1. To reassemble, reverse the disassembly procedure using all new gaskets, taking care not to mistake primary and secondary barrel parts.
2. On RWD models, install a new mixture adjustment screw and shell if old mixture screw was removed. Lightly seat screw and back-out 4 turns to obtain preliminary adjustment.
3. Set float level and adjust linkage when required and ensure smooth operation of system after completing adjustments.
