Accelerator Linkage

  1. Check the freeplay of the cable at the carburetor. If play is not within range of .04-.12" (1-3 mm) adjust with adjusting nut.
  2. On FWD models, fully depress accelerator pedal and check that throttle valves open completely. Adjust pedal stop bolt if necessary.
