Idle Speed
- Check that end play of accelerator cable is within .04-.12" (1.0-3.0 mm). If adjustment is necessary, loosen lock nut of the idle adjusting bolt and adjust play by turning the idle adjusting bolt.NOTE: Idle speed will increase when adjusting bolt is turned right and decrease when turned left.
- After adjustment, race engine 2 or 3 times to inspect the return of the accelerator cable.
