Valve Guide Servicing

Remove worn valve guide, using valve guide removal/installation tool (49-0221-251 A) and hammer. Drive new guide in until ring of guide just touches cylinder head. Install new valve seal on valve guide using a seal pusher tool (49-0223-160D or equivalent).

NOTE: The valve keepers for intake and exhaust valves are not interchangeable. Care must be taken to keep them properly identified.
