Starter Controls - HITACHI & MITSUBISHI: Testing: Notes
Clean solenoid plunger and sleeve with fine sand paper and alcohol and blow off with air before performing tests.
NOTE:
Make tests with solenoid removed from starter, or remove starter to solenoid lead before testing.
