Pinpoint Test P: Transmission Stuck In Drive

• GSM
  • Check for GSM diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

• PCM
  • Check for clutch fault or communication diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) in the PCM.

• Park lock pawl solenoid pin stuck
  • Check the park lock pawl solenoid pin for being stuck extended. REFER to: Park Lock Pawl Solenoid .

• Internal transmission components damaged
  • Check the park lock pawl valve, park pawl actuator and park pawl. REFER to: Transmission .
