Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The IPC communicates with the diagnostic scan tool through the HS-CAN, MS-CAN and Infotainment Controller Area Network (I-CAN). The IPC acts as a gateway for communication between the Infotainment Controller Area Network (I-CAN) modules and the DLC.

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify CJB fuses 3 (7.5A), 19 (7.5A) and 21 (7.5A) are OK.
