Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The DSP communicates with the scan tool through the MS-CAN. The IPC is used as the gateway module.

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify RJB fuse 10 (25A) is OK.
