Diagnostic Overview

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The IPC communicates with the scan tool through the MS-CAN and communicates with the other modules on the I-CAN.

Possible Causes 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BCM fuse 69 (5A) is OK.
