Diagnostic Overview

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The RCM communicates with the scan tool through the HS-CAN.

Possible Causes 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Verify BCM fuse 86 (10A) is OK.
